Omega-3 Fatty Acids are a unique type of long chain Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid. An essential nutrient found mainly in Fruits and Vegetables. The body requires Vitamin C to form and maintain Bones, Blood Vessels and Skin. Omega-3 Fatty Acids play a significant role in the growth and development of a Fetus and of Infants and Children. Omega-3 are believed to play an important role in the Neurological development of Infants and contribute to Vision development and Nerve growth in the Retina. Vitamin C is an essen?al nutrient found mainly in Fruits and Vegetables. The body requires Vitamin C to form and maintain Bones, Blood Vessels and Skin. Vitamin C is also known as Ascorbic Acid. Vitamin C is a water-soluble Vitamin. Vitamin A is a group of fat-soluble substances that are found in animal products. These substances include Retinol (an Alcohol) and Re?nal (an Aldehyde). These are transformed to Retinal. Fruits and Vegetables for example contain Beta-Carotene, which is converted to Vitamin A in the Human Body.
