DVAGO meets international Pharmacy Service standards, i.e., qualified pharmacists, free patient counseling, free home delivery, best possible inventory controls, direct sourcing from the original manufacturers and end-to-end cold chain infrastructure. You can visit our outlet to feel the difference. We offer products via physical channel i.e. our DVAGO branches and via digital channel i.e. call center and website. We also offer FREE home delivery services and target to deliver products within three hours of ordering.

DVAGO fully addresses the current imperfections of the retail pharmacy channel thus offering best product efficacy to the consumers. We also offer certain services, free of cost, namely, free pharmacist consultation, blood pressure, sugar test, BMI ratings.

Orders

You can place your order by calling our call center at (021) 11-11-DVAGO (38246), or inbox your prescription on Facebook/Messenger or use our app (IOS/Android). You can also place an order on our website at dvago.pk.

  1. The hefty load of orders or restrictions on delivery services may delay your order.

Payment Information

We do accept cards on online purchases and for home delivery services, provided that it is intimated to us at the time of order booking.

We are offering a 5% cash discount on medicine, and upto 15% discount on debit and credit cards on medicine. You can find out more on our card discounts page.

Delivery Details

Yes, we don’t charge any delivery fee for orders in Karachi and Hyderabad.

We target to deliver within 3 hours. However, COVID-19’s breakout has constrained our services due to the lockdown and restrictions on delivery services.

Our minimum delivery order is Rs. 500/=

No, you don’t have to bring in your refill prescription every time you reach out to us, we have your data saved through which we can facilitate you.
