It is contraindicated in patients who have previously shown hypersensitivity reactions (e.g. Asthma, rhinitis, angioedema or urticaria) in response to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Before you use Aceclofenac, tell your doctor if you are allergic to it or its ingredients. Your doctor may prescribe an alternative medicine and update your medical records to record this information. Discuss with your doctor if you are allergic to aspirin, ibuprofen, or other NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

The use of Aceclofenac may change gastrointestinal secretion. If you are giving this medicine to elderly patients, this may result in an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Use of Aceclofenac for a long time at high doses increase the risk of stroke and heart attack.
