      How it works

      It works by triple-inhibitory action:It stops the growth and adhesion of fungi and bacteria by directly inhibiting their secretory aspartate proteinase and pyruvate oxidoreductase enzymes .It inhibits the fungal cell wall integrity by inhibiting the cytochrome P450 3A enzyme .It disrupts the normal functioning of the fungal cell by inhibiting its oxidase and peroxidase enzymes .

      Dermatomycosis such as:Athlete’s Foot , Onychomycosis ,Tinea Barbae , Tinea Corporis , Tinea Cruris , Tinea Faciei ,Tinea Pedis, Tinea Versicolor , Dermatophytic Intertrigo , Infection of the Yeasts such as: Candidal Intertrigo , Candidal Perleche , Candidiasis of genitalia , Cracked Nipples , Gram +ve Staphylococcal Infections , Mixed Infection , Nappy rashes .

      Do not use - If you are allergic to any of the component in the list.

      Precaution

      Wash and dry the injured area , then apply on lession .

      Lomexin Topical Warnings

      Warning 1

      Patient may feel slight burning sensation at the same of application , it disappears rapidly.

      Warning 2

      Do not use with air tight occlusive dressings (e.g. under bandages , nappies).

      Warning 3

      Do not use this medicine in the ear canal, eyes or on mucous membranes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult an ophthalmologist if necessary .
