It is used for the treatment of electrolyte disbalance and peritoneal dialysis.

It can cause Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle twitching, irritation, infection at the site of injection, electrolyte overload.
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug.
Use in caution with hypertensive patients or cardiac failure.
Do not use unless the solution is clear and seal is intact
Monitor fluid, electrolyte and acid-base balance regularly
Donot use it if you have following conditions: Congestive heart failure, Patients with intracranial or intraspinal hemorrhage, Severe renal impairment, Sodium retention and oedema.
Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant.
Concomitant administration with blood through the same infusion set, Indomethacin, Oxytocin, Terbutaline.
