How it works
It is a combination of two lubricants : Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and Dextran 70. They work similar to natural tears and provide temporary relief from burning and discomfort in the eyes. Together, they keep the eyes moist and help to protect the eyes from injury or infection.

Indication
It is used to treat dry eyes caused by a lack of tears in the eye(s). Replacement of the missing natural tears with an artificial tear helps to soothe and lubricate your eyes and provide relief from irritation.
When not to Use
Do not use If you are allergic to dextran , hypromellose or any of the other ingredients .

Precaution
If you use more than you should do not worry as it will not cause you any harm. If necessary it can be washed out of your eye with warm water. Do not put in any more drops until it is time for your next regular dose.
Tears Naturale Ii Warnings
Warning 1
If you experience eye pain, headaches, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation of your eyes, or if your condition worsens or does not improve within 3 days, stop using this medication and consult a doctor.
Warning 2
You may experience blurred vision after using this medication. Do not drive or use any machines unless your vision is clear.
Warning 3
Do not use the drops while wearing contact lenses. Wait at least 15 minutes after use before putting your lenses back in. There is a preservative in this drops (benzalkonium chloride) that can cause eye irritation and is also know to discolour soft contact lenses.
