This combination medicine used to treat many different infections caused by bacteria, such as urinary tract infections, bone and joint infections, severe vaginal infections, stomach infections, skin infections, and pneumonia.

Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headache, or dizziness may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Hypersensitivity to piperacillin or any other penicillin antibiotic (amoxicillin, ampicillin, Augmentin, dicloxacillin, oxacillin, penicillin, ticarcillin, or others)

Use the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up the missed dose.

Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, liver disease.

This medication contains sodium. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are on a salt-restricted diet or if you have a condition that could be worsened by an increase in salt intake (e.g., congestive heart failure).

This drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant.
