It is an effective numbing medicine used before surgical procedures.
Cracked or scaly skin
It is contraindicated in Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or amide-type local anesthetic. Adams-Stokes syndrome, SA/AV/intraventricular heart block in the absence of artificial pacemaker. CHF, cardiogenic shock, 2nd and 3rd degree heart block (if no pacemaker is present), Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome
If you are allergic to any drugs like this one, any other drugs, foods, or other substances. Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had, like rash; hives; itching; shortness of breath; wheezing; cough; swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat; or any other signs.
It should not be applied to the eyes, ears or cracked skin surface. Wash the eyes immediately with water if contact with this medicine occurs.
Donot use on larger areas.
Do not scratch or rub the skin while it is numb. Do not let it get very hot or very cold.
